Unblocked URL
A URL is an address of a resource on the Web. A blocked URL stands for the page that can't be viewed by visitors. In order to see whether the URL is blocked, one usually needs a website diagnostics tool. A URL can get blocked for a number of reasons, like typing error in the URL, server going down, HTTP error, network congestion, etc.
There are certain ways to get an unblocked URL. For instance, one can use a free proxy service. However, there is an associated problem – when a company issues web censoring, free proxy services are very likely to be among the sites banned from the network.
In some websites, it is quite simple to make the URL unblocked. It is necessary to log in and unfreeze the blocked URL. Also, one may complete a request form and submit it to the service providing the connection. Most often, the services will review the request form, but the time it may take will depend on the service, and one will need to provide a valid reason for submitting such a request.
